A skill

SpamCash

Turn spam texts into $500 checks. Here's how.

SpamCash teaches an AI agent to turn unsolicited spam calls and texts into TCPA claims: it logs the spam, verifies your number on the Do Not Call registry, researches who's really behind the messages, counts violations from the message text, and drafts a court-ready complaint. Each violation is worth $500, up to $1,500 if willful.

What it does

  • Maintains a spam log: every unsolicited call and text, with dates, times, sender IDs, and full message bodies.
  • Verifies the receiving number against the National Do Not Call Registry.
  • Researches the sender: identifies the real company behind spoofed numbers.
  • Counts violations per message, using the verbatim text.
  • Drafts a TCPA complaint pleading the correct counts.

What it does NOT do

  • It does not file anything. The agent prepares documents; the human files them.
  • It is not legal advice. It is a documentation and drafting workflow.
  • It does not cover email spam. The CAN-SPAM Act gives individuals no private right of action. See the skill for the full verdict.

Files

  • SKILL.md: the complete skill. Give it to your agent.

How to use it

Copy the contents of SKILL.md and give it to your AI agent, or paste it into a new chat. Then feed it your spam: screenshots, message exports, the phone number receiving them. The agent handles the rest: logging, DNC verification, sender research, violation counting, complaint drafting.

Your spam logs, phone numbers, and case details never leave your private files. The skill ships the method only.
